The SEC Pre-Season Picks are in...

The SEC pre-season media picks have been announced, and UK was picked as conference champs. Patrick Patterson was named pre-season player of the year and John Wall was named to the second team. Again, Coach Cal was quick to calm the hype when he posted this on his facebook page...

"SEC Pre-Season media poll has been released. Congratulations to Patrick, John Wall and the entire team. But you know what? The voters definitely haven't seen our practices - we're a long way from where they think we will be! But it's nice to be recognized."
