Gomez here...We asked you who you thought would win the SEC West, and here were the results:
1.) Mississippi State -52 (59%)
2.) Ole Miss -26 (29%)
3.) Arkansas -5 (5%)
4.) Alabama -3 (3%)
5.) LSU -2 (2%)
6.) Auburn -1 (1%)
As you might expect, there was a big gap between the top two and the remaining teams on the list. Clearly, Mississippi State and Ole Miss are the teams to beat in the west, and the rest of the teams are just fighting to keep their postseason hopes alive. I guess at this point, the real question is which team will win... Ole Miss or Mississippi State; it should be a photo-finish between the two.
We decided not to ask who will win the SEC East since we're sure the overwhelming results would be in favor of Kentucky. Instead, we want to know if you think Kentucky will go undefeated in the SEC or not. Vote in the poll to the right. It'll be interesting to see what people really think on this one.
