Gomez here...
Since Kentucky isn't playing tonight, I thought I'd help you out and suggest a few things to find on the tube. Of course, I'll be watching Friday Night Lights, but unless you have DirectTV, that isn't an option for you. But if you do have Direct's channel 101, you should most certainly watch this show. Its the best series on television, bar none, and its sad that more people don't watch it. If you don't have Direct, don't worry; the rest of the free world can watch the show when NBC starts airing the fourth season in April.
At any rate, lets look at what else might be worth watching this evening...
:: Baylor at #3 Kansas, 8 PM CST, ESPN 2 - Baylor is 14-2 and playing extremely well right now. An upset isn't out of the question here.
:: #14 Georgetown at #11 Pitt, 6 PM CST, ESPNU - This Big East match-up features two ranked teams and should prove entertaining.
:: Auburn at LSU, 7 PM, CST, SEC Network - Okay, so this isn't a very intriguing match-up, but since we're SEC homers, its worth a look.
:: South Carolina at Ole Miss, 8 PM CST, CSS/ESPN360 - This SEC game is slightly more appealing than the former, since Ole Miss is ranked and the Cocks are at least in the Eastern Division, which has implications with Kentucky's standings... sorta.
:: Duke at NC State, 8 PM CST, ESPN360 - Since Kentucky and whoever is playing Duke is our two favorite teams, naturally we'd be interested in this game. NC State is a decent team that has had their fair share of ups and downs this season, but since they're playing at home, we'll give them a shot at the upset... at least we hope so.
More later...
