Sutton pleads not guilty...

Former Kentucky guard and Oklahoma State basketball coach Sean Sutton has pleaded not guilty to four felony drug counts. Sutton's attorney, Trace Morgan, entered the plea Tuesday during a hearing in Payne County District Court. Morgan told the judge that Sutton was in a treatment center in Tulsa and could not appear.

The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs says Sutton was arrested last Thursday after picking up a shipment of painkillers under another person's name.

Prosecutors have charged him with obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud and unlawful possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a prescription. He's also charged with attempted possession of controlled dangerous substances and use of a communications device to facilitate a felony.
