Gomez here...Despite rumors, blogs, and press releases stating the otherwise, Patterson has not filed papers to join the NBA draft... yet. He still very well might, but he's not 100% sure right now.
Patterson's position is unique to the other players, as he's already tested the NBA waters once, and therefore, cannot do so again. If he puts his name in the draft, there's no chance that he'll be able to return to Kentucky. With that in mind, he wants to be absolutely sure before he finalizes this major decision.
He has a couple of weeks to decide, so don't be surprised if his decision lingers for a while longer.
