BracketBuster Recap

Tony Easley, Georges Fotso, and Danero Thomas (above left to right) played their final home game as Murray State Racers today in a BracketBuster matchup against the Morgan State Bears. The game was close for about 30 minutes but then the Racers pulled away with their superior talent.

Murray State is very deep with 7 players getting at least 17 minutes today and 5 of those players scoring at least 10. The Racers have a great team, but due to a weak schedule they will likely have to win the OVC tournament to get a bid to the Big Dance. If they do, they could get hot and be a sleeper pick for a first and maybe even a second round upset with the level of talent on this squad.

Here is a quick link to the box score from today's game. The atmosphere was electric today at the RSEC and it was a great game to watch. Check back later for Mike and Austin's coverage of the biggest game of the day for Big Blue Nation members everywhere, as the UK Wildcats travel to Nashville to take on the Dores of Vanderbilt. GO BIG BLUE!!!

  1. ESPN in the house and everything. Big win and game for the program down in Murray.

Louisville is in a bracketbuster game them selves against Depaul and the former UK assistant has the Devils playing tough.
