I was right...

Now, I know I have been a little M.I.A., but never fear, Fancy Feline is here! It seems like our Cats have bounced back and are on the prowl. Next up on the road to victory, UK vs. LSU on Saturday!

As many of you may remember, my previous column addressed the injustice the media has placed on John Wall and the Kentucky team. They seem to think he is the only player. In fact, during Tuesday’s game, a commentator referred to the team as “John Wall and company.” How ridiculous!

Anyway, to make a long story short, another UK fan posted an ugly comment insinuating that I am clueless about basketball. Make no mistake about it, the stats and logistics are not my forte, and usually my time would not be wasted on a rebuttal. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, however, it just so happens that it was confirmed mine was actually right.

It has been brought to our attention through the media that Wall and Coach Cal have not exactly jived this week. Apparently, the two had differences of opinion about Wall’s recent performances. You see, that is all they were….performances. For a moment, he lost sight of the goal, and what was important. However, he displayed his maturity and loyalty by releasing another statement simply confessing the squabble was a result of his frustration with himself, not Coach Cal, and the pressure he had felt from the media.

So, I said all of that to say this……I TOLD YOU SO!!!
