This Day In History...
In completely non-UK-related news, May 28 was a very important day in history, and an even more important day in the history of BBNR.
Some very recognizable figures were born on this day in history. Some of these include: Ian Fleming (Writer of many James Bond Films,) Jerry West (NBA Legend,) the first recorded instance of quintuplets with all children surviving (pretty important stuff here folks,) and Michael Oher whose story was made famous in the movie, "The Blind Side."
There were probably many other important May 28 births that I haven't discussed, but the most important to our site was this day in 1977, when two of the founding fathers of BBNR, Michael and JLEE were born.
Without this day in history, you wouldn't have the privelege of reading our crazy news and views. So HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our boys, Michael and JLEE. Have a great birthday weekend guys.
GO BIG BLUE!!!

ReplyDeleteI am glad Brandon Knight got his hair cut thats all I wanted for my bday.
Knight and Alex Tyus would have had an epic "Predator" showdown if he had kept the dreads tho.
ReplyDeleteTyus looks like a skull whose implants didn't take in the frontal half of his cranium!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Lee boys! I for one am very thankful for you guys... all those hours on the concrete in Cunningham with you payed off!
